The recent shoot I did at the Blairgowrie Yacht Squadrons’ new facilities involved many of the skills I have developed in the area of fresh food photography.
Liaising with the client to meet their expectations of course is of particular importance, but also is creating the correct light to play off the food and tabletop items. Collaboration with the stylist is essential and I was fortunate to work with a great stylist – Melanie Quirk from On Q Events & PR.
I also had great support from Chris Livaditis the House Manager,
Nicky Petzke Functions Coordinator and of course the food from the kitchen of Barry Davis, Head Chef.
It was a long day but the results were fantastic.
